Registration on the AADE (government tax service) Platform
In order for a reservation to be legal, it must be registered on the AADE platform (Official page of the Greek Ministry of Finance). We can undertake this process every time your property is rented.

Consumable Refill
It is very important that each visitor finds your space filled with the necessary consumables. In your property there must be things like coffee, sugar, salt but also toilet paper, room cleaners, etc. Together we create a list with the consumables you want to provide and we make sure they are always in place as they should.
Linen
Linen is best to be white, due to coronavirus, spotless and washed in temperatures higher than 60 0C / 140°F. The quality and good condition of linen, is fundamental for the satisfaction of your visitors. We coordinate your property’s calendar with the linen cleaning agency. We always make sure that your guests have double sets of clean bed linen and towels to enjoy their stay no matter what.
Coordination / Supervision of Cleaning Services
We are responsible to inform the cleaning crew about the days and hours that your home must be cleaned. We oversee the process to make sure that cleaning is impeccable. We make sure that your guests are satisfied and safe.
Coordination / Supervision of Maintenance Services
We can coordinate and supervise works needed on your property, either for maintenance or upgrading. This line of work requires we fully understand your needs and standards and therefore, we consult with you regularly as the works proceed.
